1. Contest Period
The Father’s Day Lucky Draw Contest ("Contest") is valid from 12 May 2025 to 15 June 2025 (“Contest Period”).

2. Organizer
The organizer of the Contest is TK Bakery (“Organizer”).

3. Contest Eligibility
The Contest is open to purchases made at all TK Bakery outlets, excluding purchases made via TK Bakery E-Store, Grab, Shopee, and the TK Bakery Food Truck.

4. How to Participate
To be eligible, participants must complete the following steps:
i) Purchase any whole cake in a single transaction (one receipt).
ii) Answer the simple question printed on the receipt:
“TK’s Father’s Day themed Cake is a perfect way to show Dad your love.”
Circle the correct answer: True / False.
iii) Fill in your full name (as per IC) and mobile contact number in the Participant Information Column printed at the end of the receipt.
iv) Drop the completed Contest Participation Receipt into the designated lucky draw box at any TK Bakery outlet.

5. Contest Entry Submission
Only receipts with complete and accurate information, submitted within the Contest Period, will be considered valid entries.

6. Prizes
A total of three (3) winners will be selected through a lucky draw. Prizes include:

•1x Honor X9c 5G (Jade Cyan)

•1x Honor Pad X9a

•1x Huawei Watch GT 5

Each winner will receive one (1) prize, randomly assigned or as determined by the Organizer.

7. Prize Terms

•Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products/services.

•Winners will be contacted via the mobile number provided on their Contest Participation Receipt.

•Winners must respond and complete any required steps as instructed by TK Bakery to claim their prize.

•Prizes must be collected within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

•Winners are responsible for their own prize collection. TK Bakery does not provide delivery services.

8. Other Terms

•TK Bakery reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend the Contest or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

•By participating, winners agree to allow TK Bakery to use their names and photos for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

•TK Bakery is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of the prizes. Any warranties or technical support are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

•All prizes are genuine and sourced from reputable suppliers. TK Bakery guarantees that no counterfeit items will be distributed.
