SPEND & WIN-A-BEZZA CAMPAIGN 2025 Terms & Conditions

• SPEND & WIN Campaign 2025 is organized by TONG KEE Food Corporation Sdn Bhd (598618-D) ("Organizer"). By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to make any changes, additions, amendments, to this contest, the terms and conditions, the contest mechanics and its related promotional materials, and/or to cancel or suspend this contest at any time without prior notice.

Contest Period

The contest period starts from 11^th November 2025 to 28^th February 2026 at 9:59 PM (Malaysian Time) ["Contest Period"].

How to Participate

• The participant MUST be citizen of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) and MUST be aged 18 years old and above.
• Any customer spends with a minimum purchase of RM50 is eligible to participate in the SPEND & WIN-A-BEZZA 2025 Campaign within the contest.
• Contestants must answer one (1) simple question on the receipt, fill in their details, and drop the completed receipt into the Win-A-Bezza lucky draw box at any TK Bakery or TK Signature outlet to qualify for the contest.
• Multiple contest entries are permitted with different receipts, date for proof of purchase must be within the contest period.
  • Only original and valid printed receipts will be accepted. Any receipt that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, or does not contain the required information is invalid and will not be accepted. The Organiser reserves the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid receipts.
  • The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is modified, incomplete, late submission, or entries with insufficient spend. No correspondence will be entertained.
  • Online purchases made through TK’s e-commerce site or third-party aggregator platforms are not eligible for this contest.
  • Individuals listed below are not eligible to participate in this Contest:
    • Employees of the Organizer [including its associates, subsidiaries or related thereto] and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spouses]; and/or representatives, employees and/or the advertising agencies or promotional agencies of the Organizer [including its associated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, spouses].

Winner’s Selection

• Winners will be selected through a lucky draw held during a live session scheduled on 11^th March, 2026
  • A winner store will first be drawn.
  • From that store’s draw box, a lucky winner will then be selected.
  • Winners of the “Win-a-Bezza” contest will be announced on TK Bakery’s official social media channels in March 2026.
• If any winner cannot be successfully contacted after the allocated attempts, TKFCSB reserves the right to select the next eligible participant to fill the winner slot. The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event a shortlisted participant cannot be contacted for whatever reason.
• The WINNER must attend the Win-A-Bezza 2025 event in person; representatives will not be permitted. Failure to attend will result in disqualification as the winner.
• All transportation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Win-A-Bezza contest are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable and strictly non-negotiable.
• The Organizer's decisions in respect of all matters to do with the contest are final and any correspondence will not be entertained. The prize given is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items, in part or in full.

Prizes & Redemption

• Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period. A participant who has won a Prize shall not be eligible to win any other Prize(s).
• All contest entries are subject to verification by TKFCSB. If TKFCSB determines, at its sole discretion, that a participant has engaged in any fraudulent activity — including but not limited to falsifying proof of purchase, submitting duplicate or modified receipts, or providing incomplete, late, or insufficient amount spend, the participant will be disqualified. The Organizer’s decision on the validity of entries is final, conclusive, and not subject to any appeal or correspondence.
• All prizes must be claimed at winners’ own expense within sixty (60) days after the date of notification of winnings. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organiser.
• The participant is required to produce a proof of identity(NRIC) during or prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the Organiser are Malaysian identity card. A failure to provide any proof of identity entitles the Organiser to disqualify the participant/winner.
• Picture(s) of the Prizes shown in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Contest is/are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual colour, model or specification of the prize(s).
• The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Perodua Bezza 1.0 G (Auto). The Winner shall be fully responsible for all costs and expenses related to the ownership and collection of the vehicle, including but not limited to insurance premiums, hire purchase (H.P.) ownership claims, road tax, vehicle registration fees, number plate registration, and any other incidental costs, accessories, or additional expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
• TKFCSB shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from or in connection with the prizes, including their use, redemption, or possession by the winners. Participant and Winner agree to release the Organiser, its agencies and suppliers from any claim whatsoever from that liability.

 PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010:

• By participating in this contest, participants consent and authorize the Organizer and Sponsor to collect, process, and keep the personal details of the Participants(s) for participating in the respective Contest/Campaign and to enable the Organizer and the Sponsor to organize the said Contest/Campaign only ("Purpose"). The participant(s) hereby further allow the Organizer and the Sponsor to disclose the Participant's personal details to all related parties for the Purpose.
• By participating in this Contest, the Participant give their consent to the Organiser to publish and use their names, and images submitted by the Participant/Winner for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the Participant/Winner. Participant/Winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials

MISCELLANEOUS

• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions/ announcements made by the Organiser.
• If for any reason this Contest is unable to proceed as planned for (and not limited) reasons such as computer virus, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other reason beyond the Organizer control, the Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, postpone, modify, or suspend this Contest.

•SPEND & WIN-A-BEZZA 活动由 TONG KEE Food Corporation Sdn Bhd (598618-D) （ “主办方” ）举办。参与此活动即表示您同意受以下条款与细则的约束，并与主办方之间构成具有法律效力的协议。主办方保留在未经事先通知的情况下，随时对本活动、条款与细则、活动机制及相关宣传资料进行修改、增补、修订或取消、暂停本活动的权利

活动期限
本次活动期限 2025年11月11日 起至 2026年2月28日晚上9点59分（马来西亚时间）结束[“活动期限”]

如何参与

• 参赛者必须为持有有效大马身份证（NRIC）的马来西亚公民，且年龄须为18岁或以上。
• 凡顾客单笔消费满RM50，即可参与「SPEND & WIN-A-BEZZA 2025」活动
• 参赛者须在收据上回答一（1）道简单问题，填写个人资料，并将完整的收据投入任何 TK Bakery 或 TK Signature 门店的「Win-A-Bezza」幸运抽奖箱内，即可获得参赛资格
• 可凭不同收据多次参赛，但收据上的购买日期必须在活动期限内
• 仅接受原始且有效的打印收据。任何字迹模糊、破损、修改、重复、涂改、非正规取得或资料不完整的收据，均属无效且不被接受。主办方保留唯一及最终权利取消此类无效收据的参赛资格
• 主办方保留取消任何被修改、资料不完整、逾期提交或消费金额不足之参赛资格的权利。对此将不予任何形式的通信或申诉
• 通过 TK 官方电商网站 或第三方外卖／购物平台所进行的线上购买，将不符合本次活动参赛资格
• 以下人士不得参与本次活动：
  • 主办方之员工（包括其关联公司、子公司或相关单位）及其直系亲属（子女、父母、兄弟姐妹及配偶）；及／或 主办方之代理人、员工及／或广告或促销代理公司（包括其关联及相关公司）之员工及其直系亲属（子女、父母、兄弟姐妹及配偶）

得奖者甄选方式

• 得奖者将通过幸运抽奖方式选出，抽奖活动将于 2026年3月11日举行的直播环节中进行
  • 首先将抽出一个门店作为得奖门店
  • 随后从该门店的抽奖箱中，选出一位幸运得主
  • “Win-a-Bezza” 活动的得奖名单将于 2026年3月 在 TK Bakery 官方社交媒体平台上公布
• 若得奖者在多次联系尝试后仍无法成功取得联系，TKFCSB 有权选出下一位符合资格的参赛者替补。若因任何原因无法联系入围者，主办方概不承担任何责任
• 得奖者必须亲自出席Win-A-Bezza 2025 颁奖活动，恕不接受代表出席。若得奖者未能亲临现场，将被取消得奖资格
• 所有因参与Win-A-Bezza活动而产生的交通费、个人开销及／或任何其他相关费用，均由得奖者自行承担
• 主办方保留在未经事先通知的情况下，以同等价值奖品替代原奖品的权利。所有奖品不可转让、不可协商
• 主办方就本次活动相关事宜所作出的任何决定均为最终决定，恕不接受任何形式的异议或申诉。所颁发的奖品不得兑换现金、信用额或其他物品，亦不得部分或全部转让或更换

奖品与兑换方式

• 每位参赛者在整个活动期间仅有资格赢取一份奖品。已中奖者将无资格再赢取其他奖项
• 所有参赛资料均须经 TKFCSB 核实。若 TKFCSB 认定参赛者有任何欺诈行为——包括但不限于伪造购买凭证、提交重复或修改过的收据，或提供不完整、逾期、或消费金额不足的资料，主办方有权取消其参赛资格。主办方对参赛资格与资料有效性的决定为最终决定，不得异议或申诉
• 所有奖品须由得奖者在接获中奖通知后60 天内 自行承担费用前往领取。逾期未领取之奖品将由主办方收回，恕不另行通知或补发
• 参赛者在领奖时或领奖前，须出示有效身份证明（NRIC）以供核实。主办方仅接受大马身份证作为身份验证文件。若未能提供有效身份证明，主办方有权取消该参赛者／得奖者的资格
• 本活动相关广告、宣传或推广资料中所展示的奖品图片，仅供示意用途，实际奖品的颜色、型号或规格可能有所不同
• 特大奖包含一（1）辆 Perodua Bezza 1.0 G（Auto）。得奖者须自行承担与车辆拥有及领取相关的所有费用，包括但不限于保险费、分期购车手续（H.P.）、拥车权申请、路税、车辆注册费、车牌注册费，以及未在奖项说明中列明的任何附加费用、配件或其他相关支出
• TKFCSB 对因奖品的使用、兑换或持有所引起的任何损失、损害或伤害（无论为直接、间接、附带或后续性）概不负责。参赛者及得奖者同意解除主办方、其代理及供应商在此方面的一切索赔及责任

根据PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 隐私声明:

• 参与本次活动即表示参赛者同意并授权主办方及赞助商为举办本次活动之目的（以下简称「用途」）而收集、处理及保存参赛者的个人资料。参赛者亦同意主办方及赞助商可为上述用途将其个人资料披露予相关第三方
• 参与本次活动即表示参赛者同意主办方有权使用及公开参赛者／得奖者的姓名及所提交的照片，用于广告、宣传、推广及／或任何相关用途，且无需事先通知或给予任何形式的报酬。参赛者／得奖者不得就相关 宣传材料主张任何所有权或索取任何补偿

其他条款

• 参与本次活动即表示参赛者同意遵守本活动的正式条款与细则，以及主办方所作出的所有决定与公告
• 若因任何原因（包括但不限于电脑病毒、黑客入侵、未经授权的干扰、欺诈行为、技术故障或其他主办方无法控制的情况）导致活动无法按计划进行，主办方有权自行决定终止、延期、修改或暂停本次活动
